Ingredients
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts, thawed according to package
- 10 small apples (mix of granny smith + honey crisp) peeled and dicedÂ
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp cinnamonÂ
Granola CrumbleÂ
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cold + cubed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 bag Safe + Fair Honeycrisp Apple Pie Granola
Let’s Bake!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Line the bottom of a 10x14 baking dish with pie crust
- In a large bowl, add diced apples, lemon juice, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Toss to coat apples evenly
- Pour apples over pie crustÂ
- To make the crumble, add the butter, flour and sugar in a bowl and mix together until it resembles wet sandÂ
- Fold in the Honeycrisp Apple Pie Granola
- Pour crumble in an even layer over the apples
- Bake at 400* for 35-45 minutes, just until the crumble is golden and filling is bubbly
