What You’ll Need…

  • 6 cups Binge Watching Buttery Seasoned Popcorn
  • Crushed tortilla chips or cheese-coated chips of choice
  •  2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  •  1 cup black beans
  •  1 cup diced tomatoes
  •  1 cup guacamole
  •  1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  •  ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cheddar cheese popcorn seasoning or nutritional yeast

What You’ll Do…

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add the Binge Watching Buttery Seasoned Popcorn to the baking sheet and top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven.
  3. Top the melted cheese with the crushed chips, black beans, diced tomatoes, olives, guacamole, a few dollops of sour cream and chopped cilantro. Sprinkle with the white cheddar jalapeno popcorn seasoning or nutritional yeast and dig in!
