Vegan BTS Breakfast Bars

Yields: Approximately 12 bars Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 20-25 minutes

What You’ll Need…

  • 1 cup Banana Bread Granola
  • 1 cup Remy's Grahams
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or another alternative option
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mix-ins of choice! Our favorites are dried fruit, banana chips, chocolate chips, and crushed yogurt covered pretzels.

What You’ll Do…

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Banana Bread Granola, Remy's Grahams, chia seeds, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

These breakfast bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
